Effective Leadership programme (ELP)
We aim to meet this challenge by offering a comprehensive suite of programmes for Consultants, Registrars, Senior Nursing Staff and Managers. Giving you the opportunity to see what is required to manage successfully within your multi- disciplinary environments, as well as explore and discuss the range of solutions available dependent on the situation faced and the people involved. Our ELP Programme is designed to be highly interactive and supportive.

Critical Leadership Programme (CLP)
Making the step from SpR to Consultant is a difficult challenge - we have developed a 5 Day Programme in conjunction with current Consultants to support and aid this transition. Our New Critical Leadership Programme (CLP) has recently been made available locally to groups of SpR's and new to post consultants.
One study of newly appointed consultants described the transition from specialist registrar (SpR) to consultant as a ‘dramatic’ one. Respondents said the biggest challenge was surviving a period of uncertainty about whether they were up to the job.
